- Take 2 cups of raw groundnut.
- Provide 4 of large eggs.

- Use 1/2 c of plus 2tbsp sugar.

- You need 1 tbsp of milk powder (optional).

- Break eggs in a bowl and sugar and whisk using a hand whisker until sugar dissolves. You can add a drop of flavor if using.
- Sift sugar, salt and baking powder in a separate bowl. You can as well option out baking powder.
- In a bigger bowl, start by adding a cup of the raw peanut, add a tbsp sugar mixture, shake the bowl in circular motion to combine, add a handful of flour. Shake and toss to combine..
- Repeat the process a again for a second time alternately.
- Keep adding tossing and shaking while separating it as it stick. Continue the process until all ingredients have been used up.
- Sieve out excess flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
